Booth Information & Applications

To rent a booth at the Takoma Park Street Festival, download the guidelines and the individual applications below, complete and mail to the Old Takoma Business Association. Please read through the guidelines carefully. Your signature on the application form indicates you agree to follow the guidelines. If you prefer to register online using PayPal, use the links at the lower left to view the online applications. We look forward to your participation at the festival!

*** ALL FOOD VENDORS must have a one-day permit from the Montgomery Health Department. Vendors will not be allowed at the festival site without this permit. Call 240-777-3986 for information about obtaining a permit.
